ILY Yoga School
“I signed up for teacher training having no idea what I would be walking into. It turns out I walked into a room filled with the most beautifully perfect people to go through this journey with.”
- Rosa, 2019 ILY Yoga School grad
Join a training experience where you get to connect deeply with yoga and a community of wonderful people.
This 200-hour teacher training program encompasses vinyasa yoga, personal development, visions, goals, and epic growth.
Over the course of 14-weeks, you will dig into the foundations of physical yoga asana through a powerful and creative sequence. Along with the physical, you will learn the philosophical, the history and lineage of this ancient practice and how we can apply that to today. With all of that goodness you will explore your passions, envision the life you want to live, receive tools to make that life a reality, lean into your strength, and discover yourself in more ways than you thought possible.
Our learning atmosphere creates a close-knit community that allows for connection and growth to flourish. Plus we have tons of fun on a weekly basis!
The ILY Yoga School training group is no more than 20 people so that everyone has the opportunity to connect with each other, be in authentic conversation and become a family.
We will meet twice a week, every week, throughout the course of our training experience so all that we are digging into together stays present and relevant.
Bring the great yoga feeling off of your mat and into your life . Not to mention all of that good work gives you the skills to be an impactful yoga teacher.
Yoga is beyond the physical practice and we go there in this training. The ILY Yoga School facilitates in-depth conversations that are relevant to what’s going on in the world and these conversations open a door to deep self-development and personality responsibility.
Be a part of a 100% authentic and enriching experience. Become a dynamic yoga teacher.
You will come away from this experience with the ability to walk into any room and teach an intelligently sequenced vinyasa yoga class. But more importantly, you will know and love your body, you will trust your heart, and your voice will be fully yours. You will be able to show up and be the bold, brave beautiful thing you are. Oh and also, you’ll most definitely have some new friends. When you get vulnerable and you move from the heart, there is no doubt bonds will form.
