what’s happening at ILY
We L-O-V-E love this sweet community. Doing fun things together inside our space, or out in our city, makes our heart go #boomclap. Here's what we are currently up to with themed classes, workshops, events and more. We want you to join us!
Yoga For My People is all about creating community through inclusion and they strive to establish a sense of belonging, hope, and community with yoga. We are honored that our space will be used to host their first class of 2019!
Let's dig with MC to some of the foundational how's and why's of the more familiar shapes that show up in a flow-based practice. If you're brand new to this practice or just looking for a way to go deeper, come play!
In this 2-hour workshop with MC, we'll break down the actions of strength and stretch that support the bold and possibly unfamiliar yoga poses that happen upside down. New and unfamiliar can be scary so we'll be sure to explore building a practice with these poses through mind, body, and spirit!
Join us on June 12th for a special donation class at 9:30am in support of the Alzheimer's Association The Longest Day campaign. This community class is open to all, and the money raised will go directly to providing care and support for those facing Alzheimer’s.
We'll spend 2 hours with MC cultivating strength and space in our hips, shoulders and spine to crack open our chest, open up that heart space, and access big, invigorating backbends.
The Request Line is always open
Send us the themed classes and songs you want us to play!
EVENTS + PRIVATES
Our space is meant to be shared and filled with stellar energy.
If you're in search of a space to host what's on your heart, let's see if we can work together. If you're about to be married, plan your bachelorette party with some pre-wedding zen time. If you and your friends have something to celebrate, make it happen with a private group class. If you want to enhance your company culture, bring the team over to check in together. If you just want to brush up on those yoga moves, let's have a one-on-one.
