In this 2-hour workshop with MC, we'll break down the actions of strength and stretch that support the bold and possibly unfamiliar yoga poses that happen upside down. Going upside down not only requires a great deal of attention in our physical form, but also requires facing discomfort within our mind. New and unfamiliar can be scary so we'll be sure to explore building a practice with these poses through mind, body, and spirit!
