We're just here for the savasana! In this restorative yoga and meditation class lead by Kimberly Novosel of Flourish Meditation, we'll explore all things restful for the body, the breath, and the soul. First we'll spend 30 minutes slowly moving through restorative postures to open the hips and the heart and prepare us for stillness, followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation including breathwork, visualization, inspiring words, and the space to just breathe and be.
