Through our practice of music and movement, and our welcoming community, we encourage anyone to join us for a class where we can breathe deeply and move freely. All people, all levels are welcome.
Let’s celebrate International Day of Yoga with a powerful Beats & Yoga class led by Jamal Hutchinson or guest yoga teacher with live music from DJ Skool Boy. This class is free to attend, you are guaranteed to sweat, the beats will be lit, and we will be supporting some great causes.
Join us on June 12th for a special donation class at 9:30am in support of the Alzheimer's Association The Longest Day campaign. This community class is open to all, and the money raised will go directly to providing care and support for those facing Alzheimer’s.
In this 2-hour workshop with MC, we'll break down the actions of strength and stretch that support the bold and possibly unfamiliar yoga poses that happen upside down. New and unfamiliar can be scary so we'll be sure to explore building a practice with these poses through mind, body, and spirit!
