We’ll learn how to stoke our internal fires of power and discipline to leverage more access to the poses we may typically shy away from in our day-to-day practice e.g. tricky arm balances, funky backbends, big juicy twists to name a few. We’ll be sure to dig deep into the more basic poses as well to remind ourselves how much strength every shape has to offer us. 🔥
